Get your roof inspected regularly
As we are getting into the winter season, make sure your roof is in good shape. Older roofs need maintenance from time to time, and a leaky roof can be a big problem. Roof leaks don’t often produce a ton of water inside the home, like a broken pipe would, so they aren’t always immediately noticeable. Often, by the time they are noticed, the problem has been on-going for some time, and in the process some mold has developed. So just a word to the wise, as more snow will inevitably fall this winter, make sure when it melts, it stays outside like it’s supposed to, and doesn’t have an easy path into your home.
