Mold In A Closet

This is part of an inspection we’re doing for a prospective buyer. We do a lot of mold inspections for prospective buyers to help them find identify and understand mold before they buy a home and have a surprise later. We did find a little bit of mold it’s in the back of the closet in the workroom but wanted also share this pretty awesome garage it’s large spacious and beautiful and clean.
